The most useful class is MobyProperties
which utilizes
the biomoby.properties property file. Another useful class is MobyCentralConfig
.
This class makes available the mobycentral.config file that MOBY users created upon installation
of their local registries. Using this file allows jMoby to utilize the SQL environment previously
available only to the Perl based mobycentral registry.
