This is a directory (and later a jar file) with default values for a general Biomoby Dashboard (see details about this product at http://biomoby.org/moby-live/Java/docs/Moses.html). It can also be used as a template for configuring project-specific dashboards. Create a directory (anywhere) with the same (but edited for your purposes) contents as this directory, and call jMoby's Ant target with your directory specified in a property 'dashboard.config.dir'. Then the Ant will create a 'build/lib/dashboard-config.jar' file with your configuration.
